Recipe Ingredients for berry-vegi smoothie

2 serving 100% Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Chard
0.5 cup, chopped Kale
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 serving Lettuce Red or Green Leaf
1.5 cup Spinach
3 fl oz Vanilla
0.3 serving Cran-Apple Juice Drink
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 medium apple Apples
2 cup Mixed Berries
1.5 cup Asparagus
