Recipe Ingredients for Berry Topical Smoothie

0.25 cup Blueberries
0.25 cup, halves Strawberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 medium raw Mango
0.25 serving Silk Pure Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Berry Topical Smoothie

  1. In a blender combine 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of strawberries, one sliced banana, one sliced mango, and 1/4 cup of Silk Pure Coconut Milk [if you do not like coconut milk, then substitute with almond milk, soy milk, or regular milk-though the nutrition properties will vary] . blend all ingredients.

  2. then add ice and blend to chill.
