This smoothie is loaded with calcium and antioxidants, besides tasting great!

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Splash Smoothies

1/4 cup rice milk (vanilla)
1 cup yogurt (cherry)
2 cups frozen unsweetened mixed berries
1/4 cup fresh blueberries, divided
3 tbsp. vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for Berry Splash Smoothies

  1. In a blender, combine milk, cherry yogurt, mixed berries and half of the blueberries. Cover and process until smooth. Stir if necessary.

  2. Pour into chilled glasses.

  3. Spoon vanilla yogurt over the top; sprinkle with remaining blueberries.
