Frozen berries with fat-free yogurt & lemon juice

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Sorbet

2 cups blackberries, frozen
85 g fat-free yogurt, raspberry
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
20 raspberries

Recipe Directions for Berry Sorbet

  1. Place berries in food processor fitted with a chopping blade. Pulse scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until finely chopped.

  2. Add the yogurt & lemon juice; process, again scaping down the sides of the bowl, until very smooth

  3. Sweeten with sugar substitute.

  4. Server immediately
