Recipe Ingredients for Berry smoothies

1 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 cup mixed berries
1 1/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
6 oz. strawberry yogurt

Recipe Directions for Berry smoothies

Crush 1 cup of ice in the blender. Slowly add berries and milk while continuing to blend. Add yogurt for sweetness and serve.
