Delicious Smoothie - quick and easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
2 bananas
1 tbsp honey
2 cups apple juice
150 g TOTAL Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp flax

Recipe Directions for Berry Smoothie

Add everything in blender and blend. Use Frozen Berries if you like it nice and cold. Freeze left over and make frozen yoghurt.
