Simple smoothie made with any type of frozen berries you have on hand.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

1/3 cup fat free yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
2/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup vanilla soy milk
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Berry Smoothie

Toss all ingredients in blender and pulse together. I suggest Vanilla fat free yogurt for a sweeter taste. Throw in some ice cubes for a cooler, more frothy taste.
