The Greek yogurt makes this a very thick and luscious smoothie. Can be eaten with a spoon or with a very wide straw.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

8 oz. yogurt, lowfat, vanilla
8 oz. yogurt, lowfat, peach
4 oz. yogurt, Greek, Fage 2%
3 oz. apple juice
2 cups blueberries, frozen
2 cups strawberries, frozen

Recipe Directions for Berry Smoothie

In blender combine all ingredients. Stir with spatula. Place on "liquify". Stop blender mix with spatula and continue to do this until the smoothie is the consistency desired.
