Strawberry, blackberry, and blueberry smoothie

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup grape juice
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 banana
1 tbs flax seed

Recipe Directions for Berry Smoothie

  1. Put the berries into a blender or food processor and blend for about three minutes.

  2. Add the grape juice/pomegranate juice/or whatever you have on hand. Blend.

  3. Add the soy milk. Blend.

  4. Add the banana. Blend for about three minutes.

  5. Add the ground flax seed.
