Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

1 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1 serving protein powder
1 tsp ground flax seed
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup ice

Recipe Directions for Berry Smoothie

Combine all ingredients in blender in order listed and blend until smooth. May need to add extra ice as needed
