A fresh blend of Blueberries, Blackberries, and Raspberries to get you going in the morning! You might want to add a tbsp. of honey if you want it a little sweeter!

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Berry Berry Smoothie

  1. Put the blueberries, raspberries and blackberries and water in a blender.

  2. Blend for a few minutes and then add the yogurt.

  3. Blend until smooth (add the honey if you like) and blend a bit more.

  4. Pour in a cup and enjoy!
