Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries, unsweetened frozen
4 strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp peanut butter, creamy

Recipe Directions for Berry Smoothie

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. On a hot day or if taking it with you, be sure to add 4 or 5 ice cubes to the mixture to keep it extra cool.
