Makes 1 serving



Breakfast smoothie with mixed berries & yogurt. When I have them, I also add peaches to the mix, which is really yummy. Sometimes I also add a scoop of Superfood powder for some extra antioxidants. My neighbor likes this a little sweeter, so she adds a few packets of Splenda to it.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Smoothie

1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 tablespoons fat free yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2/3 cup orange juice

Put everything in a blender & blend until smooth
