My own concoction of fruit for my morning smoothie. I try to down one of these for breakfast 5 days a week. It tastes alright, not very professional, but I love the energized feeling it gives me of fruit in the morning and I knock a lot of my daily fruit in take in one go. I'm sure you could knock off even more calories by subtituting the whole milk for yogurt or a lower fat/calorie milk, I choose not to because it is available and what the entire family drinks. [NOTE] I freeze my berries. This makes them last longer and it gives the smoothie and ice cold taste, which in my opinion makes it far better. ;]
