50 grams raspberries
100 grams blueberries
92 grams dry curd cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Berry Protein Snack

  1. Dry curd on bottom of the bowl, then frozen raspberries then blueberries.

  2. If you pack this for lunch (like me), by the time you eat it the berries melt a bit and the juice soaks into the dry curd. Excellent way to get fruit with protein.
