Recipe Ingredients for Berry Protein Smoothie

1 cup Orange Juice
12 3/5 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Berry Protein Smoothie

Put spinach and liquids along with egg in blender first as well as sugar. Then blend. Add the berries next and blend some more. Finally add a cup of ice and blend until smooth
