Blackberry and mixed berry filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Pie Filling

4 cups blackberries
2 cups mixed berries
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tapioca
1 cup Splenda
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for Berry Pie Filling

  1. Wash berries and sprinkle with tapioca. Let stand while preparing other ingredients.

  2. Combine sugar, flour, salt and Splenda.

  3. Add to berries and combine carefully.

  4. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate. Dab with bits of butter. Add top crust.

  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. Lower heat to 375 and bake for 30 minutes more, or until juices are running and pie crust is golden brown.
