like eating from the berry patch. You can use fat free almond milk in any combination to enrich recipe. remember to adjust calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry nut oatmeal

3/4 c Quaker Oats
1 cup water
2 tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup almonds
2 tbs skim milk

Recipe Directions for Berry nut oatmeal

  1. Get a pot

  2. spray pot with non stick spray

  3. add almonds and toast for 1-2 minutes

  4. add water and boil

  5. add berries

  6. add brown sugar

  7. add oats

  8. turn off heat

  9. add milk, stir and serve
