Berries can be fresh or frozen. If frozen, microwave till just thawed before using.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Nut Oatmeal

1 c water
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup oats
1 tbs splenda
1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc)
2 tbs almonds

Recipe Directions for Berry Nut Oatmeal

Boil water and salt. Stir in oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes over medium heat, until thickened. Stir in brown sugar. Top with berries and almonds.
