Each serving: 30g oats, 3 egg whites, 1/4 scoop iso protein, 1/4 cup berries = post cardio breakfast for burning phase

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Muffins

120 g oats
8 tsp ground flax seed
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
12 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Berry Muffins

  1. mix everything together. Split in 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350F for 20 min.

  2. Also added one small sugar free yogurt and a bit of almond milk for softer texture
