Options - Defrosted frozen blueberries / vanilla Defrosted frozen raspberries / vanilla Fresh cranberries / orange zest spice 1/2 apple / cinnamon Can also try - 1/4 cup bisquick 2 tbsp old fashioned oat (approx same calories - plus 2.5 g fiber)

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Muffins

1/3 cup heart smart bisquick
1 tbsp soy flour
2 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp skim milk
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c frozen raspberries, unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Berry Muffins

  1. - Blend all ingredients except berries

  2. - Gently stir in berries

  3. - spray single serving glass dish and pour in batter

  4. - bake 375 for 25 min
