Recipe Ingredients for Berry muffins

3/4 cups white whole wheat flour
1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 egg
2 ounces unsweetened original almond breeze
2 tablespoons applesauce, unsweetened
81 grams blueberries
85 grams mixed berries

Recipe Directions for Berry muffins

Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet to dry, then gently fold in berries. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 minutes.
