Whole Wheat & Oat muffins with fresh berries

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Muffins

600 grams Flour
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
32 serving Baking Powder
3 grams Salt
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Fat Free Milk
2 oz Canola Oil
2 oz Honey Squeezable
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup, halves Strawberries
6 tsp Cinnamon Sugar

Recipe Directions for Berry Muffins

Combine dry ingrediants (except cinnamon sugar). Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add wet to dry and stir until just moist. Fold in berries. Scoop into well greased muffin tin, sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
