Strawberry (or any berry mousse) with low fat cream cheese substituted for quark

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Mousse - HFG

200 g low-fat creme fraiche
125 g lite cream cheese
3 tsp agar
1 cup strawberries
2 tbsp strawberry jam
3 tbsp hot water

Recipe Directions for Berry Mousse - HFG

  1. Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water and set asid to cool.

  2. Put the defrosted berries in a blender and puree until smooth.

  3. Combine the berry puree with the jam, creme fraiche, cream cheese in the blender.

  4. Add the gelatine and whizz until smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour into individual glasses and refrigerate until needed.
