3 ice+cube+3/4+fl+oz ice cubes
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
1 g Whey To Go Whey Protein Powder

  1. Put the ice in the blender

  2. add your raspberries, strawberries cut into halves, and blueberries

  3. add 1 cup of milk

  4. add 1 scoop of whey protein powder
