Recipe Ingredients for Berry-licious Pancakes

1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Raspberries

Recipe Directions for Berry-licious Pancakes

Beat egg. Mix together dry ingedients and add to beaten egg. Add milk and stir together. Spray non-stick pan lightly with cooking spray. Heat pan, then ladle small (1/4 cup) scoops of batter into pan. Cook on medium high approx. 2 minutes, turn and cook other side.
