Refreshing berry smoothie Note: Berries can be fresh or frozen. Either way the berries should be cold when added to blender

Recipe Ingredients for Berry good smoothie

1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
8 oz Light 'n Fit nonfat vanilla
1 cup ice
1/4 cup skim milk
4 tbs fat free cool whip

Recipe Directions for Berry good smoothie

  1. Get blender

  2. Add yogurt

  3. Blend

  4. Add milk

  5. Blend

  6. add ice and blend

  7. add berries and blend

  8. If smoothie is too thick add a little bit of water

  9. pour mixture into 4-6 oz cup top with whip cream and drink immediately
