Recipe Ingredients for Berry Fitness Smoothie

3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup light soy milk
1/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup frozen berries
8 grams whey powder

Recipe Directions for Berry Fitness Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add 3 crushed ice cubes, blend again until smooth.

  2. I use stonyfield lowfat french vanilla yogurt.
