D'licious berry crisp - just in time for summer

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Crisp

3 cup, unthawed Blueberries
2 cup Raspberries
1 cup, sliced Strawberries
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 fl oz Fresh Orange Juice
0.5 cup Rogers Old Fashioned Large Flake Oats
1/4 cup Triticale
1 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
7 tbsp Unsalted Margarine

Recipe Directions for Berry Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Combine berries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour and lemon juice in large bowl; toss to blend well. Transfer berry mixture to 9-inch-diameter glass pie dish. Combine remaining 3/4 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, spices and salt in medium bowl. Add butter; rub in with fingertips until topping holds together in small moist clumps. Sprinkle over berry mixture.

  2. Bake crisp until berry mixture bubbles thickly and topping is golden brown, about 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
