Recipe Ingredients for Berry Crisp

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
3/8 cup oatmeal
1 tsp white sugar
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for Berry Crisp

  1. Mix berries with honey in small 8x8 baking dish.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together (add 1/2 tsp cinnamon) and cut in butter, making sure butter goes evenly throughout.

  3. Bake at 350 for 25 min.

  4. Enjoy warm or cold with some low fat vanilla bean ice cream!
