Vegan dessert. It's not very low calorie but pretty good.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Cobbler - Vegan

1 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup lite soy milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoons sugar, to sprinkle on top

Recipe Directions for Berry Cobbler - Vegan

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix 1st 4 dry dry ingredients, mix next 2 wet ingredients - then mix together for crust.

  3. Mix next 3 ingredients together and then mix the berries into that mixture.

  4. Divide the berry mixture into 8 ramekins, put crust mix on top. Brush lightly with soy milk. Sprinkle a bit of sugar on each.

  5. Bake 45 minutes.
