Recipe Ingredients for Berry Cobbler

5 cups mixed berries
1/2 cup sliced apples
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
7 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Berry Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray the bottom of a 9 inch glass pie pan with non-stick spray. Pour all the fruit on the pan's bottom. In separate bowl, mix all ingredients except the cinnamon until well incorporated. (Mix with hands for a more crumbly topping.) Pour topping evenly over fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until the topping is golden-brown and the fruit starts to bubble.

  2. This is super yummy served alone or alongside Greek yogurt, low-cal ice cream or frozen yogurt, or some fat free Reddi-Whip!
