Recipe Ingredients for Berry Brightener

1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. raspberries
2/3 cup cranberry juice
2/3 cup lowfat yogurt
1 tbsp. honey (optional)

Recipe Directions for Berry Brightener

  1. 1. Put the blueberries, raspberries and cranberry juice into a food processor or blender and process for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.

  2. 2. Add the yogurt and process briefly to combine. Taste and add honey, if you like. Process briefly again until thoroughly blended.

  3. 3. Pour into glass and enjoy!
