Recipe Ingredients for Berry Breakfast smoothie

4 oz fat free yogurt
1 cup frozen berries
1 banana
2 scoop whey protein
1 tablespoon milled flax seed
1 cup orange juice

Recipe Directions for Berry Breakfast smoothie

  1. Add orange juice, yogurt, banana, berries and flax seed to a blender.

  2. Blend until mixed up nicely.

  3. Open lid while blender is still running and slowly mix in protein powder.

  4. (Makes 2 servings.)
