Dark, sticky bran muffins with boysenberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries!

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Bran Muffins

2 c whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c wheat bran
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 c molasses
2 1/4 c buttermilk
2 egg whites
2 1/2 c frozen mixed berries

Recipe Directions for Berry Bran Muffins

Defrost berries in a colander while making batter in order to let as much moisture as possible run off. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix. Combine dry with wet and stir. Gently fold in the berries. Fill cups fairly full and bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
