4 oz Greek, Non-Fat, Plain Yogurt
5 oz Orange Juice Original
1/2 cup, whole Strawberries
2 oz Blueberries
1 oz Raspberries
1 oz Blackberries
1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1 scoop Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein
1 serving Acai Berry Powder
1 serving Raw Fiber Powder (Garden of Life)
1 serving Omega 3 squeeze
