Berry Bars Recipe

Makes 6 servings



Light berry cake. Any berries can be used in the recipe, low sugar. Serve warm or cold. I use some lightly sweetened greek yogurt over the top and garnished with a few berries.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Bars

1 cup Coconut Flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup Xylitol
1 cup Apple Sauce, no sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
3/4 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Berry Bars

Mix dry ingredience in a bowl. In a seperate bowl, whip wet ingredience together. Mix into the dry. Toss in your berries and put into a greesed 9X9 pan.
