Wheat and sugar free very moist muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Almond Muffins

3 cups almond meal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup honey, unpasturized
1 1/2 cups raspberries or strawberries

Recipe Directions for Berry Almond Muffins

  1. Oven 325 for 20 - 22 minutes

  2. Mix dry, Add wet, Stir and fill muffin cups - easy, breezy. Substitute any berry ie: cranberries, goji berries, mixed berries

  3. Check with toothpick to ensure cooked through. Lower oven heat so honey will not burn.
