My regular smoothie. I keep the banana, raspberries, and blackberries frozen in the fridge. Buy the berries whole, fresh and spread on a cookie sheet to freeze. Once they're frozen just pop into freezer bags. For the banana, slice into rounds and freeze on a sheet. All the fruit should go in the smoothie frozen.

Recipe Ingredients for Berries, Banana, and OJ Smoothie

4 oz Vanilla
1 cup Raspberries
0.5 cup, unthawed Blackberries
1 serving Orange Juice
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Berries, Banana, and OJ Smoothie

  1. Place all the ingredients except the orange juice in the blender.

  2. Pour in enough juice to barely submerge the other ingredients.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add juice for the consistency you prefer.

  5. Strain if you don't want seeds.

  6. Done! Enjoy :)
