0.13 cup Bran Buds
0.75 cup Spinach
1.33 oz Wonderful 100% Juice
1.25 cup Raspberries
0.75 oz Greek Style Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Bens Smoothie (Raspberry, Spinach, All-Bran)

  1. Water down POM juice by 1/2

  2. Fill to 1/3 cup

  3. Add 6 spinach portions

  4. Add 1/8 cup All-Bran Buds

  5. Blend

  6. Fill with Raspberries

  7. Top w/ Yogourt

  8. Add additional water as needed

  9. Blend

  10. Eat!
