Recipe Ingredients for Benihana Style Fried Rice

6 oz chicken breast
16 oz white rice
4 eggs
4 tsp onion
4 tsp carrots
1 tsp sesame seeds
8 tbls butter
2 tsp oil
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tbls pepper
1 tbls salt

Recipe Directions for Benihana Style Fried Rice

  1. Steam rice and set aside to cool

  2. Cook chicken and chop to bite size

  3. Scramble eggs and chop

  4. Suate chopped onions and carrots and mix with eggs and chicken

  5. Slowly mix rice in with chicken and vegetables

  6. Add sesame seeds and salt and pepper, stirring well

  7. Add butter and soy sauce into mixture and stir well
