Recipe Ingredients for Bengali style veggies

3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
3/4 cup Frozen Carrots
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/4 cup(4 g) Coriander Leaves
0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
0.5 tsp Ginger, Ground
0.25 tsp Turmeric, Ground
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Bengali style veggies

  1. Saute onion in oil.

  2. Add potatoes and spices and cook for a couple of minutes. Add water if necessary to keep spices from sticking or burning.

  3. Add carrots and broccoli.

  4. Cook til potatoes are done and other veggies are crisp tender and garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice and dal.
