11 1/5 oz 95% lean ground beef
2 cups cooked black eyed peas
2 cups diced celery
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced carrot
2 cups diced tomatoes
7 cups water
2 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoon garlic powder
7 beef bouillon cubes

Recipe Directions for bengal gram/ black eyed peas & ground beef soup

cook the peas after pre soaking them for about 6 hours cook the ground beef,drain off the fat add water ,the rest of the ingredients beef & peas when it begins to boil reduce the fire allow ti simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes
