Spicy creamy porkloin with green or any other colored bellpepper

Recipe Ingredients for Bellpeppers with peppered Porkloin

4 large green bell peppers
1 lbs pork tenderloin
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Bellpeppers with peppered Porkloin

  1. marinade pork in ground black pepper, starch, garlic salt, splashes of tabasco. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the green bellpeppers by cutting it into bite sizes.

  3. Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  4. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic to pan

  5. Add marinated porkloin and cook until tender, stirring occasionally under medium heat

  6. Remove meat from pan, set aside.

  7. Add 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil into pan, 1 tbsp of minced garlic

  8. Put chopped bellpeppers into pan and stir to coat each with sufficient oil and to prevent burning.

  9. Add 3 tbsp water and cover until bell pepper is cooked, about 2 mins.

  10. Add the cooked pork into the pan and mix.

  11. Separate into 4 servings and serve.

  12. Enjoy!
