Recipe Ingredients for Bellamy Best Banana Loaf

3 large Bananas
3/4 cup White Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/3 cup Margarine, Melted
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Pecans, Chopped
1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries, Chopped

Recipe Directions for Bellamy Best Banana Loaf

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Add Sugar & Egg, slightly beaten. Stir.

  3. Add melted margerine, & Stir.

  4. Add Dry ingredients & Stir.

  5. Add the optional ingredients: Chocolate Chips, Pecans & Cherries.

  6. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until baked through in a loaf pan.

  7. OR

  8. Bake @ 375 for 20 mins in muffin tins.
