Bell Pepper Vegetable with Yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Bell Pepper Vegetable

1 tsp oil
3 1/2 cups bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Bell Pepper Vegetable

Heat Oil on medium heat, add the cubbed bell peppers, add salt to taste, add chilli powder, cumin powder and allow it to cook for 5-10 minutes. Add yogurt and stir for few more minutes. Add sugar and allow it to cook for next 5 minutes. Serve hot.
