Recipe Ingredients for Bell Pepper and Turkey Omelet

6 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
4 oz turkey
1 1/2 bell peppers
1/4 chopped onions
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Bell Pepper and Turkey Omelet

  1. Scramble 6 eggs in a bowl with the milk.

  2. While scrambling, add the garlic salt to the mixture.

  3. Place bowl off to the side.

  4. Chop the bell peppers and onions.

  5. Place a pan on the stove on medium heat.

  6. To that pan, add the olive oil followed by the bell peppers and onions.

  7. Saute the vegetables lightly.

  8. Add the scrambled eggs to the vegetables.

  9. Add the swiss cheese to the mixture.

  10. Cook the dish until the eggs are fluffy and not runny
