Recipe Ingredients for Bell Pepper Tortillas

1 tortilla
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp. Monterey Jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Bell Pepper Tortillas

  1. Cut bell peppers into strips.

  2. Sautee bell pepper strips and mushrooms in a pan with cooking spray.

  3. Put in tortilla, top with a small amount of cheese.

  4. Roll and enjoy!
