Recipe Ingredients for Bell Pepper Stew

1 pound lean ground turkey
1 onion
3 green bell peppers
3 cloves garlic
32 oz stewed tomatoes
32 oz chicken broth
3/4 cups white rice

Recipe Directions for Bell Pepper Stew

  1. Brown turkey meat. Add chopped onions, minced garlic,chopped bell peppers and desired seasonings (oragano, basil,salt pepper etc). Cook over medium heat until bell peppers soften slightly.

  2. Add stewed tomatoes, rice and chicken broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
