Recipe Ingredients for Bell Pepper Salad (Trisha)

1 1/2 cups Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 cups Red Onion, chopped
1/4 cups tomato, 5 cherry tomatos sliced in half
1 cup Cucumber, remove skin and chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar, balsamic
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Bell Pepper Salad (Trisha)

Chop up vegetables. Mix all together. Chill overnight. Serve.
